Town House Hampton

Now in its third month of operation, this Hampton Street resident is proving its worth in the Bayside suburb of Hampton. It’s the brainchild of Klahed El Haouli, who cut his teeth in hospitality while at Neighbours Café in St Kilda. Seating just over 70, Town House offers a relaxed space, largely decked out in blonde wood furniture and indoor plants, with pops of pastel. Brightly lit with an inviting palette of white, pink, and blue, visitors are welcome to sip a coffee whilst taking in the atmosphere; and soaking up the sun in the courtyard. The menu is a nod to Middle Eastern cuisine, with the venue's most popular dish to date being the indulgent Knafeh French Toast. Chefs Ronnie and Perry infuse each dish with an array of flavours, as seen in the Calamari Salad with bush spices and chargrilled grapes; Salmon & Rosti with Ora King Salmon on a sweet potato rosti; and local favourite Green and Grains Breakfast served on an open face Socca, with smashed pumpkin, crispy chickpeas, and superseeds. Coffee is sourced from Code Black, and the doors open daily from 6:30am til 3:30pm. Pro tip: Try the Cold Brew.
