COVID has changed so many aspects of life, but it hasn't changed our love for coffee.
If anything, it's proven how much we love it! Due to more people working from home, and cafes having imposed restrictions; many of us are spending more time brewing coffee at home. Coffee enthusiasts are expanding their palates with beans from roasters based in countries all around the world, and the general public are broadening their caffeine horizons when it comes to brew methods.
It's even prompted friends of mine to invest in 'starting them young', with kids learning to prioritise coffee via toys!
I've long said coffee is a conduit, connecting people across cultures. While we may be isolated, we still can bond over that humble brown bean!
How have your coffee habits changed? Are you brewing at home? Have you invested in coffee machinery?
